We appreciate and respect the importance of your privacy at every stage of your contact with us. In order to respond to your enquiries and to provide you with the best service possible, we do need to take and store some personal information such as addresses, email addresses and/or telephone numbers. We do not collect personal information about you when you browse our site. The only way we collect your personal information is when you, the group leader of your booking or your travel agent gives it to us. We will store this data securely in our online system. If you would prefer for your personal details to be removed from our system following your stay, please email your request to hello@curateski.com

How we collect or obtain information: when you subscribe to our services and enter any competitions when you make a booking with us either online or through the sales team when you complete feedback surveys and questionnaires when our booking form is completed Information we may collect:
Name and contact details, dietary requirements, height and weight (for the purpose of equipment rental only) and holiday preferences, IP address, information from cookies, information about your computer or device (e.g. device and browser type), information about how you use our website (e.g. which pages you have viewed, the time when you view them and what you clicked on, the geographical location from which you accessed our website (based on your IP address).

Personal details may be passed to companies outside of the UK in order to complete bookings of services and products which are arranged by us for our guests. Consent for us to use and transfer personal details in this way is given by confirming a reservation with us. We will never share your data outside of the European Economic Area
